Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and web channels
• Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending the best products and solutions
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and proactively follow up on sales opportunities
• Develop your sales skills while contributing to company growth and customer success

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus, but not required
• Individuals eager to start a career in sales and motivated to learn and grow

Skills

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through email
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
