Inside Sales Specialist

Job Overview

Our Soundcore team is looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Specialist to support our North American sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, key selling points, and target customers.
• Support the sales team with customer communications, follow-ups, and account management activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
• Aid with SKU setup, pricing updates, and retailer requests.
• Help prepare sales presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is between $75,000 to $81,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
