Inside Sales Retail / Estimator

Requirements

• Selling automotive repair services
• Computer proficiency, utilizing various industry software programs
• Supporting business operations and store performance in Sales and Profit
• Promoting customer satisfaction and retention
• Cultivating and maintaining a productive work culture
• Prior sales experience in the Automotive Repair Industry preferred but trainable
• Excellent earning potential for self-motivated, energetic, positive individuals

Daily Duties

• Converts phone inquiries to appointments
• No cold calling
• Follows up on un-retained leads to maximize appointment retention
• Converts appointments to sales
• Follows up on un-retained appointments to maximize sales retention
• Maintains courteous treatment for all customers
• Provides fair and honest written estimates
• Sets reasonable expectations for services using “Total Honest Communication”
• Maintains communication with customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction
• Achieves sales objectives as defined by management
