Inside Sales Representative Spanish Speaking

About the role

All American Home Care is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. The role involves answering inbound inquiries, conducting intake calls, verifying insurance eligibility, educating families on home care services, and managing a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources
• Conduct intake calls to understand each family's care needs
• Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, and commercial insurance plans
• Educate families on our home care services and admissions process
• Follow up with prospective clients to move cases toward Start of Care
• Cook up accurate documentation in Zoho CRM
• Cook up coordination with Recruitment, Coordination, and Clinical teams to ensure timely case activation
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Healthcare Intake, Insurance Verification, Customer Success, or a related role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), or healthcare admissions is highly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
