Your Impact at GEICO

As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative, you'll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder. All without making a single cold call! Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
  • Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
  • Stay informed about GEICO's products and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Provide potential customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Core Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually.
  • 10% bilingual differential.
  • Performance incentives: up to an additional $60,000 annually.
  • Evening and weekend differentials (percentage not specified).
  • $1,500 sign‑on bonus for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).
