About the role

Join our mission to build the largest suite of credit card processing and merchant services. As an end-to-end payment solutions company, we provide everything business owners need to get paid, whether they serve customers in a physical storefront, online, or both.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through the use of effective closing techniques.
  • Turn cold leads into sales.
  • Work with leads, conduct market research, and submit and close deals.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through self-sourced outreach and relationship development.
  • Generate new business opportunities through a variety of self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
  • Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth.
  • Use effective sales closing techniques.
  • Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms.
  • Meet and exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
  • Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service.
  • Experience with high volume cold calling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process.

Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 (plus uncapped commission).

Pay

  • Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
