We’re transforming real estate transactions into seamless experiences. As a Lead Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring every homeowner feels valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Diligently follow up and schedule appointments for potential homeowners.
- Manage high volumes of inbound leads and expertly qualify potential opportunities.
- Set the stage for our Acquisition Managers by providing detailed information and support.
- Maintain our reputation for urgency, integrity, and transparency in all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing high-volume inbound leads and qualifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in real estate or related field is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
