Inside Sales Representative - Personal Lines

Primary Responsibilities

• Sources leads through internal organic channels such as referrals from existing clients, client advisors, and unit leaders.
• Manages inbound quote requests and outbound lead follow-up.
• Generates quotes and proposals using Xilo, comparative raters, and carrier portals.
• Evaluates risks and aligns clients with the right carrier solutions.
• Edits stakeholders on policy features, limits, and carrier value.
• Binds policies and ensures smooth handoff to service team.
• Maintains accurate activity and client records in CRM/AMSC.
• Collaborates with Client Advisors to optimize outcomes.
• Cross-sells opportunities from existing books of business.
• Re-engages past or inactive clients.
• Achieves sales goals – new business written revenue goals set on an annual basis.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty.
• Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology, rating platforms, and CRM systems.
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and driven by performance metrics.

Pay

Competitive base salary ranging from $55,000-$75,000 plus 15% new business commissions.
