About The Role
Rx Technology is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in building accurate technology solutions, delivering fast turnaround times, and growing revenue within our existing client base. This role combines sales support, account development, and quoting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate proposals across multiple technology platforms, including Cisco, Meraki, HPE, Fortinet, Lenovo, and other strategic OEM partners.
- Utilize ConnectWise and distributor pricing tools, such as Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, and other authorized distributors to validate bills of materials (BOMs).
- Maintain quote accuracy while meeting established turnaround-time expectations.
- Manage and grow revenue within an assigned base of existing client accounts, identifying and acting on opportunities such as warranty expirations, renewals, hardware refreshes, and additional services.
- Proactively engage customers to drive renewal, upgrades, and additional sales opportunities.
- Support quarterly business reviews and customer account planning initiatives.
- Manage OEM deal registrations through vendor portals like Cisco CCW, HPE, and other manufacturer programs, protecting and maximizing deal profitability.
- Maintain complete and accurate records within ConnectWise, including opportunities, sales stages, forecasts, activities, and next steps.
- Ensure strong pipeline visibility and accountability throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, sales support, or technology quoting within an MSP, VAR, systems integrator, or technology solutions provider.
- Experience creating and managing technology quotes across multiple manufacturers.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Experience working with CRM and PSA platforms, preferably ConnectWise.
- Familiarity with distributor pricing and procurement processes.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, and technology procurement.
- Experience with OEM deal-registration programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
