Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative assists customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Interact with walk-in customers at the front counter
• Absorb and process orders via the counter, phone, and email
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and additional information needed
• Answer questions from customers or direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with any customer service issues that may arise
• Perform both incoming and outbound sales calls
• Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives to grow the parts business
• Develop new leads by utilizing available resources, such as referrals, web, and electronic media
• Maximize current customer potential by leveraging CRM contact and data mining tools, purchase analysis, regular contact with owners and key decision makers, and developing and maintaining relationships
• Document all relevant account activity in the CRM tool or other appropriate areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Inside Sales Experience Preferred
• Diesel Engine Parts Experience Required
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
