Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

About the role

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our office in Bend, OR. This position offers growth and advancement opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Accounts receivable
• Able to handle high volume phone calls and emails
• Strong problem-solving abilities and phone presence
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High quality verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities are necessary
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software; such as Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
