Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies
• Sales and Education: Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
• Client Relationship Building: Network and establish strong relationships with new clients
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Rapport Building: Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively
• Phone and Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone
• Sales Expertise: Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

• $45,000 guaranteed base salary
