Inside Sales Representative
About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for reactivating lapsed design and design-driven retail accounts through email outreach, dynamic phone conversations, and in-person selling at trade shows. This role involves providing product knowledge, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and drive sales goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a passion for high-end home décor are essential. Requirements
- Minimum of 3-years successful track record in outside sales preferably in the home furnishings industry
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Strong MS Word/Excel skills
- BA/BS degree
- Comfortable reporting and working with customers and a leader who are remote
- Demonstrates active listening skills and communicates clearly and effectively
