Compensation
- Average salesperson: $30,000 to $45,000 per year
- A good salesperson: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
- A great salesperson: $70,000 to $85,000 per year
- A really great salesperson: $90,000+ per year, potentially more
About the role
We are a small, but fast-growing, Family and Personal Injury Law Firm in Texas and Tennessee, looking for a great Salesperson (also called Client Engagement Specialist) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the firm is presenting its best foot forward for potential new clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Help realize the firm's vision of helping more people
- Work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Convey the value of the firm's services to potential clients and enhance client experience
Requirements
- Must be a great salesperson
- Must be able to discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity
- Must be able to do follow-up with prospects
- Must be able to sell legal services and cultivate new relationships
