Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Bk Corrosion LLC is a supplier of materials to the corrosion control, pipeline and industrial service industries. We are seeking an individual for a full time position in our Midland, TX facility.

This position is full-time, with minimal travel required, and a high school diploma is required, along with 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Phone, computer entry, customer assistance, office maintenance, shipping/receiving, warehouse duties and light assembly
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate a forklift
• Coordinate information between operations, sales and service
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in administrative support or customer service role
• Proven inside sales experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using a variety of different technologies including multiple phone systems, online tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Independently seeks out information and training needed to perform responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential
