Inside Sales Representative
About the role
The Inside Sales Representative position is a tremendous opportunity for the right salesperson. Our industry is exploding and the ability to earn great money in an enjoyable role could not be better than what Acima is offering.
Responsibilities
- Works with existing and prospective merchants as retail partners with Acima.
- Enrolls new merchants and trains them on how to offer Acima's leasing option.
- Works inside of our corporate office in Draper, UT to cold call retailers.
- Uses the company’s online portal to manage merchant applications, answer questions, and provide program support.
- Grows merchant lease production.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record of 2+ years of demonstrated success.
- Account Executive or Inside Sales experience of 2+ years preferred.
- Cold calling experience.
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Automatic dialer experience preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude with a competitive drive.

Pay
First-year reps typically earn around $70K as they build their books of business, while more tenured reps usually make between $120K and $150K.
