Inside Sales Rep - Work From Home - Part Time

About the role

This is a phone job you can do from your kitchen table. We already have the leads and the quotes — we need someone friendly and persistent to follow up, get customers off the fence, and get appointments on the calendar.

Responsibilities

• Call and text warm leads and past customers
• Follow up on quotes we've issued that haven't closed yet — check in, answer questions, re-engage
• Book appointments for our field sales team
• Log every call and outcome in our CRM (we'll train you)
• Hand off hot opportunities cleanly to the sales team

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on the phone — you like talking to people
• Organized and self-managed; you'll be working on your own most of the day
• Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a computer
• Sales, call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus — attitude matters more
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, not required

Schedule

20–25 hours a week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility. Our sweet spot is mid-day (roughly 10am–2pm) so it fits around school hours. No calls before 8am or after 7pm — ever.

Pay

Hourly base plus commission on booked appointments and closed jobs. Top performers here make real money on the commission side.
