Inside Sales, PVF
About the role
The Inside Salesperson plays a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships in our PVF Division. This position supports the division’s overall sales objectives by delivering outstanding customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales representatives to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by preparing and delivering accurate, timely quotations and submittals, ensuring individualized attention to each client’s needs.
- Cook up efficient order fulfillment and on-time delivery, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, ensuring proper documentation and handling associated administrative tasks.
- Take ownership of account management activities by building strong client relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Pearl with the Outside Sales team to drive PVF product sales, including participation in joint sales calls and customer visits.
- Collaborate on customer quotes and proposals, working closely with the Outside Sales team to align with customer needs.
- Process product purchases and transfers as needed, maintaining clear communication with the purchasing team to ensure smooth operation.
- Contribute regularly to the overall success of the sales team by offering counter sales support.
- Integrate and train existing employees on PVF products and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the PVF or industrial products industry.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in interactions with team members, customers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
