Responsibilities

• Guide families through consultative, relationship‑driven conversations, walking them through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.
• Work autonomously to build your own path forward, supported by a team that forms and sustains you.
• Be present across the full arc of a family’s journey — from arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach — in a dynamic, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same.

Requirements

• 2‑4 years of sales experience with face‑to‑face customer contact.
• Genuine interest in working in a Catholic environment — a heart drawn to this mission (all faiths and backgrounds welcome).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care both in person and on the telephone.
• Strong organization and excellent time‑management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with computers, software, and technology.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Pay

• Base salary of $50,000.
• Uncapped
