Inside Sales – Mortgage Banker – Entry Level

About the role

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales - Mortgage Banker - Entry Level. This position is full-time and fully in-office, requiring applicants to live in the Miami, FL area and be able to commute to the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Master the fundamentals of mortgage banking and lending processes.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, guiding them through the mortgage process.
• Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads.
• Support a top-producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up.
• Manage leads in our CRM.
• Provide fantastic customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sources.

Requirements

• A high school degree or GED is required, with a 2-4 year college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A tenacious attitude and a keen desire to secure a prosperous future.

Qualifications

No prior experience in the mortgage industry is necessary. We will provide all the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Skills

Experience in a call center environment, retail, hospitality, debt collector, stockbroker, or food & beverage industries is a plus. Resilience to rejection and the determination to bounce back are also essential.
