Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and assignments concurrently - Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor - Possess basic typing speed of more than 30 words per minute - Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and management - Navigate PCs and the internet effectively - Perform basic arithmetic calculations

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Pleasant and respectful demeanor with both colleagues and customers - Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, PC navigation, and the internet - Basic arithmetic skills

Qualifications

- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with an additional shift on every third Saturday, which includes a corresponding day off during the week.
