Role Description

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, partners, and prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle, including analyzing RFQs, preparing offers, conducting contract reviews, processing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, expediting paperwork, and resolving customer complaints.
Participate actively in daily business processes, collaborating with the sales team to make key decisions on offers, projects, and commercial agreements.
Develop and execute customer account plans, identifying business drivers, stakeholders, and key activities.
Engage directly with customers to close deals while gathering valuable market intelligence.
Collaborate with Alleima production units and other departments to ensure offers and orders meet internal requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proven background in sales, sales administration, or customer service, ideally in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in understanding customer needs and creating compelling value propositions.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms (in-person, virtual meetings, phone, email).
  • Familiarity with business tools and systems, such as ERP, CRM, and complaint management platforms.
