Responsibilities

• Guide families through consultative, relationship‑driven conversations.
• Walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options (accompaniment first, arrangement second).
• Own your success and work autonomously while building your own path forward with team support.
• Attend arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach activities.
• Be present across the full arc of a family's journey in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2‑4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face‑to‑face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment (calling‑driven, not just checkboxes).
• Open to all faiths and backgrounds; a heart genuinely drawn to the mission is essential.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating compassionate care in person and on the telephone.
• Strong organization and excellent time‑management abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with computers, software, and technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

• $43,888 base salary.
• Uncapped commission.
