Inside Sales Executive
About the role
The Inside Sales Representative, as an integral part of TÜV Rheinland’s sales team, will partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive new business through cold calling and follow-up activities in support of assigned business lines and territories.
Responsibilities
- Drive the acquisition of new clients within target markets and specified industries.
- Efficiently qualify and process assigned leads into sales opportunities.
- Leverage knowledge of TÜV Rheinland’s services and market position to communicate effectively with prospective clients.
- Initiate telephone and email contact with prospective clients using outbound lead generation techniques.
- Possess strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to build trust and professional relationships with prospects, customers, and team members.
- Manage and oversee the pipeline of sales leads and new account opportunities.
- Drive sales of additional services to existing customers and increase awareness of TÜV Rheinland services.
- Maintain accurate logs of contacts and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and improve scripting and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TÜV Rheinland services.
- Provide administrative sales support and assist with special projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt, contribute, and succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing services sales environment.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry, with the ability to effectively map services to customer needs and pain points.
- Knowledge of professional and consultative selling strategies and processes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adjust approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience making cold calls and delivering sales scripts to potential customers.
- Ability to identify and convert both articulated and latent customer needs into sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM database tools and the Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and reflects factors such as years of experience, relevant expertise, and overall qualifications.
Schedule
This position is hybrid and based out of Bentonville, AR.
