Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Develop and manage new account opportunities
- Identify and develop emerging accounts
- Work with select distributors to introduce new products
- Engage in inside sales activities to promote new products and services
- Provide customer service and technical support
- Visit accounts to further qualify and evaluate potential clients
- Attend trade shows and customer events
- Collaborate with the marketing department for customer feedback
- Train and assist other sales representatives
- Record and report customer information using CRM software
- Prepare and submit sales reports
- Participate in special marketing projects and technical training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BSEE or BSME in related field preferred
- Valid driver's license, automobile in good condition, automobile insurance, and driving record in good standing
