ElderLife Financial, a business unit of SilverAssist, is located in Hendersonville, TN. Our teams are dedicated to helping families navigate the financial side of senior care, including financial opportunities for veterans. As demand for senior care solutions continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking energetic, motivated sales professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference.
Essentials duties and responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries.
- Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process.
- Actively listen and assess families' needs to recommend the best solutions.
Compensation and benefits
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly base wage equivalent to $40,000 with monthly performance-based bonuses.
