About the role
AFC Industries is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing supply chain management solutions for fasteners and assembly components to original equipment manufacturers & assembly plants. Our supply solutions include Vendor Managed Inventory, Stock and Release programs, Light Assembly, Kitting, and Private Labeling services amongst others. We support a diverse industry base of manufacturers across a broad range of industries. Our experienced team has a proven track record of helping manufacturers and assemblers reduce cost, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide stellar customer service/account management to exceed expectations
- Determine and manage overall and product specific customer pricing
- Manage order flow, schedule, and expedite products when needed
- Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations to customer
- Analyze program data and make recommendations based on findings
- Work with team to identify opportunities to improve VMI program, increase sales, and provide a better experience for the customer
Requirements
- College Degree preferred; A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 2 years related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & thrive in a team environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Solid Excel skills as well as working knowledge of other Microsoft products.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
