Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and email to provide product information and assist with sales
• Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Close sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
• Update CRM database with client interactions and sales data
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
