Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at our corporate location in Coventry, Rhode Island. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay and benefits package, as well as opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, including timely and accurate quotes and orders.
• Coordinate quote and order processing for outside sales representatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
• Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

• Solid computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Bistrack is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Building material sales and customer service experience.
• Desire to continually learn new products and services.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
