Your Role
The Sales Specialist must have at least 2 years of sales experience.
Shifts Available
- In-Person, Monday to Friday
- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

The Purpose of Your Role
The Admissions Specialist is responsible for communicating effectively with clients, families, and professionals, ensuring they are admitted into the appropriate programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and communicate OCD Anxiety Centers' services
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Respond to all inquiries knowledgeably and empathetically within 24 hours
- Schedule prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates and reschedule canceled appointments
- Enter data accurately into CRM and other platforms before the end of the workday
- Navigate barriers for clients and assist them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or a related field or 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management
- Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Proficient in CRM and EMR software
- Exceptional customer service skills, ability to connect with clients
- Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and loud noise level
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of CMS/Salesforce experience
- Sales experience in healthcare sales, mental health, or business development
- Knowledge of mental health services and the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of insurance coverage and benefits
