Inside Sales

Support the Area Managers in operations, fleet management, and sales while promoting safety, corporate policies, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare action plans by accounts and product line through effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Be proficient in product knowledge to assist customers in buying decisions.
• Provide timely and accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval.
• Support Area Managers in managing operational costs.
• Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures.
• Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections.
• Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the Area Manager.
• Assure compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program.
• Manage customer files.

Requirements

• Some college or a degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
• Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
• Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
• Must be able to communicate with team and management and exchange accurate information.
