Job Summary
Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support sales growth across existing and new customer accounts. This role is responsible for building customer relationships, developing opportunities, promoting Swagelok products and services, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with Customer Service, Technical Services, Marketing Communications, and outside sales teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through proactive outreach
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and leads
- Promote Swagelok products, services, and Assembly Solutions
- Prepare and manage quotes through SAP business systems
- Maintain opportunities and customer activity within Salesforce
- Cook with internal teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment
- Participate in onboarding, product training, and professional development
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent related sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales, customer service, or related industry experience
- Industrial distribution, manufacturing, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas experience preferred
- SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
