Inside Sales Associate, Parts - Ambient HVAC Supply

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and order confirmations
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM system
- Support outside sales reps with pricing, product availability, and documentation
- Absorb and assist customers with parts identification, and basic technical questions
- Cook up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and internal partners
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
- 1–3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or counter sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, or building products preferred)
- HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn (equipment, parts, and systems)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
