Inside Sales Associate Billingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective leads
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Research and qualify new leads and maintain a lead database
• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, features, and availability
• Assist with general administrative duties and data entry tasks
• Support the sales team with tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of sales or cold calling experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (required)
