Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities
- Candidate will be very customer service oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exercise exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person
- Experience with masonry, landscape and hardware products is preferred but not required
- Answer Phones
- Extensive product knowledge will be expected
- Able to multitask
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Possess patience when assisting contractors and homeowners
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
- Hours of work are generally 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays
Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes
- Provide friendly customer service
- Excellent math skills
- Travel Position requires travel within our Braen Supply locations: Haledon, Randolph and Wanaque, NJ
