Technical Product Selection and Documentation
Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer applications and products.
- Quote customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing.
- Ensure that JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.
- Work closely with and support JHC product manufacturers.
- Attend and participate in required trainings.
- Participate in the after hour and weekend 'On-Call' rotation.

- Handle and manage interruptions.
- Multi-task effectively.
