Inside Sales - Actuation and Valve Services

Responsibilities

• Receive correspondence from external and internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis.
• Execute quotes, execute final pricing, and generate invoices.
• Manage open order dates and work scopes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customer divisions.
• Research and identify necessary repair parts.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in handling customer correspondence and managing orders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in managing repair parts and understanding Total Customer Commitment standards.
• Willingness to work overtime and after hours during outage seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
