About The Role
This role owns revenue growth across assigned accounts while managing inbound opportunities and project follow-ups. You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close, increase quote conversion rates, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities within target industries. This is not a passive order entry role. You are responsible for driving revenue and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.
Compensation
Base salary: $70,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
Commission: performance based on revenue generated
Uncapped earning potential
Expected total compensation: $120,000 to $160,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Growth
- Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into closed business
- Grow revenue within assigned accounts
- Identify new opportunities within existing customers
- Maintain strong long term customer relationships
- Pipeline & Project Management
- Manage full sales cycle from quoting through project completion
- Follow up consistently on open quotes and pending opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting
- Cook up closely with engineering, operations, and purchasing
- Performance & Reporting
- Track close rates, revenue growth, and account expansion
- Provide regular forecasting and sales activity updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales or account management experience
- Experience selling technical, industrial, or manufactured products preferred
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Organized with ability to manage multiple quotes and timelines
- Comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing is helpful but not required. We can teach product knowledge. We are looking for ownership, accountability, and a revenue mindset.
