Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of business customers.
• Connect with customers regularly to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities, speaking with dozens of decision‑makers each week.
• Introduce new products and solutions that add value to customers’ businesses.
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools to stay organized and drive results.
• Engage in meaningful daily conversations with customers, managing multiple accounts, prioritizing effectively, and growing revenue through proactive outreach.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn.

Pay

Annual base salary range $55,000 – $65,000, plus a monthly bonus opportunity of $2,500 based on meeting key metrics.
