About The Role

You will serve as a trusted contact for a dedicated group of customers, ensuring their needs are met with care, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll help strengthen our customer relationships and support profitable growth by coordinating with various departments to solve problems, manage orders, and provide sales support. This is a full-time, in-office role with consistent weekday hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Support product shipping logistics and process change orders and credits.
  • Coordinate resolution of escalated customer issues.
  • Manage communication on order delays and follow up on field issues or replacements.
  • Administer sales samples and product literature.
  • Assist with routine estimating under supervision for commercial projects.
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Participate in marketing-related projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a professional office environment.
  • 2+ years in sales or sales support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Spreadsheet skills for estimating, costing, and analysis (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the door industry or related field (preferred).
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
  • High level of personal integrity and commitment to continuous learning.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage: $22–29/hr, depending on experience.
