Inside Adjuster (Trainee) Analyst II - HYBRID Denver, CO
About the role
This is an IN OFFICE Hybrid Trainee role in the Allstate Greenwood Village Office.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
- No cold calling—Connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
- Sell reputable products from Allstate and our family of brands
- Provide exceptional service to our policyholders by virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately
- Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
- Lead with empathy, always
- Confidently and independently investigate property claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
- Use phone, emails, and sometimes video chat to help customers through a fast, fair, and easy claims process
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants, in accordance with all legal and business standard methodologies
- Utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using sharp critical thinking skills
- Protect the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and keep a clear record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience required
- Previous industry experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred
- Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions

Pay
Base compensation offered for this role is $47,500 – $60,320 annually and is based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with rotational Saturday duty
Work from home Tuesday and Thursday
In office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Notice of Licensing Requirement
As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.
Sign On Bonus
You may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Appraiser License, and/or Designated Adjuster License. If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.
