Inside Account Representative - CCA

About the role

The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization delivers results and provides exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you work with specific, identified accounts. You own the daily contact with these accounts and are responsible for driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You are seasoned and have the experience to handle complex customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer and territory profit and loss.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills to manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.
• Gathers new business through inbound and outbound calling.
• Collaborates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals, and present QBRs.
• Identifies business growth opportunities through research and implements growth plans for the sales territory.
• Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and identifies opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
• Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
• Coordinates with finance and purchasing departments to coordinate customer engagement.
• Collaborates with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
• Possesses basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to the customer base.
• Uses project management skills to complete customer requests.
• Performs other additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

Possesses strong data entry skills.

Able to demonstrate complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.

Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
