Inside Account Manager

Nelsen Corporation is seeking an outgoing, positive team member who is driven to succeed as our next Inside Account Manager!
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build relationships by contacting customers, establishing buying cycles, and presenting new products
- Apply knowledge of the industry and product features to complement and add to existing customers’ catalog
- Audit performance of portfolio and develop strategies based on customer purchase patterns
- Determine and execute price schedules and discount rates
- Collaborate with other departments to track orders and follow up on past due payments
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service and address needs
- Identify Leads and Prospect for New Business
- Answer inbound sales lead calls, respond to inquiries, and convert to sales
- Prepare sales and budgeting information to determine price schedules and discount rates
- Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer requests, not limited to field support calls, product specification inquiries, price and lead times, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve delivery or product problems in a professional, empathetic manner
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to track activity, keep commitments and maintain customer contact
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Cookordination efforts with Production and Warehouse Teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to facilitate new programs and product offerings
- Assist and mentor new Inside Account Managers and Sales Support Specialists
Requirements
Must pass a background check and urine drug screen
Qualifications and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Possess self-motivation and strong work ethic, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
- Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field, preferred
- Water Quality Association (WQA) Certification or equivalent industry knowledge, preferred
Benefits

Pay
$65,000 - $80,500 per year; pay commensurate with experience and skills.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM; onsite at our Ft. Myers, Florida location. No weekends.
