Requirements

  • BA/BS from accredited college or university
  • Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in Special Education Generalist (see the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) for other endorsement requirements)

Pay

The minimum starting pay is $61,265/year and the maximum salary is $123,743/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (Licensed Pay Schedule +15%). Salary is prorated based on start date. District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year relevant experience.
