About the Role

This position focuses on providing specialized wound care within a patient-centered clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients on managing their conditions
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives
• Develop and document individualized care plans
• Communicate across care teams
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs

Requirements

• BSN required
• Current RN license
• WOCN/WO certification preferred but must be willing to obtain
• No minimum experience required; less than 2 years preferred for Bachelor's degree holders
