Inpatient & Women’s Center Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for inpatient, obstetric, and gynecologic procedures.
• Manage instruments and equipment, ensuring readiness for surgical teams.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and nurses to support efficient procedures.
• Uphold strict infection prevention standards and perform accurate counts.
• Assist with patient positioning and safety during surgeries.
• Contribute to positive patient outcomes as part of a collaborative care team.
