Inpatient Therapist

About the role

Provide evidence-based group therapy, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, create/implement/revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, maintain a clinical caseload, participate in treatment team meetings, and evaluate patient needs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related therapeutic field
• Minimum of four (4) years of therapy experience, including at least two (2) years with the facility’s patient population

Licenses and Certifications

• Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
• First aid may be required based on state or facility
