Inpatient Social Worker - Per Diem

HRI Hospital is a 66‑bed psychiatric facility offering adult inpatient services and several partial‑hospitalization programs. It is part of the largest private mental‑health system in Massachusetts, located in Brookline near Boston University and Coolidge Corner, with easy public‑transport access and free parking.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, family case work, and group therapy on inpatient psychiatric units.
• Document clients’ treatment.
• Complete diagnostic assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention.
• Provide milieu management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human‑services related field.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Preferred licensure: LCSW, LICSW, LADC, or LMHC.

Schedule

Per diem position with available shifts Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
