Inpatient Rehabilitation Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation
• Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress
• Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and response to treatment
• Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable
