Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist in an inpatient hospital setting. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, mobility, and independence.Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.Document patient progress and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR).Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within a patient-centered environment.
